Terms and Conditions
relating to online purchasing
Ticket Despatch
In order to meet the acceptance
of credit card via mail order conditions, all tickets will be despatched
to the billing address of that credit card.
Price Guarantee
Prices are only guaranteed
once full payment has been received and tickets have been issued.
Prior to this, all booking prices are subject to increase without
notice.
Air Reservations
Many scheduled and most consolidated
air fares carry amendment and cancellation fees sometimes up to
100%. It is important that all clients check the fare rules prior
to confirming their reservations detailed under the fare quote.
Amendments and cancellations cannot be processed until the original
tickets have been returned. Refunds are processed as quickly as
possible. Generally totally unused tickets can be processed by Parador
Travel Management Ltd within 5 working days, but may then take between
6-8 weeks to appear on your credit card statement. In the meantime,
many card issuers will allow the item to be placed in dispute to
avoid interest charges. Parador Travel Management Ltd accept no
liability for interest charges incurred for outstanding refunds.
Partially unused tickets may have to be returned to the issuing
airline to calculate the refund due (if any) which normally takes
6-12 weeks to process. In some isolated cases this can take up to
9 months.
Hotel Reservations
All hotel reservations made
through Parador Travel Management Ltd are guaranteed for late arrival.
This means that if you fail to cancel an unwanted hotel room you
will still be charged as the hotel will hold your room right through
in case you are delayed. Hotels have varying cancellation policies
which range from prior to 6pm on the day to 72 hours prior to arrival
in order to avoid paying for the first night's reservation. Please
ensure that unwanted rooms are cancelled as early as possible to
try to avoid charges.
Insurance
Insurance is 100% non-refundable.
24hour Emergency Assistance
In order to assist our customers,
Parador Travel Management Ltd provide 24 hour emergency assistance
outside our normal office hours of 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Clients should be aware that this service is provided for emergencies
only.
Complaints
Please contact our customer
support centre in writing, click here for the address or contact
us via email with any issues you may have with any part of our service.
You should receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days and
full explanation and resolution within 2 weeks. Where this is not
possible, (due to the involvement of third parties) we will keep
you informed of our progress. We are always happy to receive comments
on our service including positive ones as this allows us to constantly
update and improve our service offering.
Civil Aviation Authority
ATOL Group Travel arrangements
to Trade Fairs and Exhibitions shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil
Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 3006. Flight bookings
are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights
are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where
payment is made direct to airlines. ATOL Protection extends primarily
to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Please click

subsite accessible through the home page, (referred to collectively
below as 'the Site') is published and maintained by Parador Travel Management Ltd. When you access, browse or use the Site you accept, without
limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set out below
and any additional terms and conditions of use set out in any subsite.

on the Site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, Parador Travel Management Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential

to request a copy of the personal information that Parador Travel Management Ltd holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.
In the event that your personal information is no longer used by
Parador Travel Management Ltd for the purposes for which your permission
has been obtained, Parador Travel Management Ltd will use commercially
reasonable efforts to delete it except insofar as it is necessary
to retain such information to comply with other relevant or applicable

Parador Travel Management Ltd may
use cookie technology to collect data from the visits a person has

by completing any forms on this site are for the use of Parador

fulfilment of your travel arrangements. Please note that airlines
are required by new laws introduced in the US and other countries
to give border control agencies access to passenger data. Accordingly
any information we hold about you and your travel arrangements may

in your itinerary.
Parador Travel Management
Ltd will store your data in hard copy and also in electronic form
on our own computer databases. Certain elements of the data you
provide will also be stored electronically in our travel reservation
system, currently that of Sabre Inc. of 4255 Amon Carter Boulevard,
Fort Worth, Texas 76155, USA. Although this database is situated
outside the E.U., it has been granted ¡ØÈSafe Haven¡ØÍ status within
the definitions of the 1998 Data Protection Act. Parador Travel
Management Ltd is registered under the 1998 Data Protection Act.
You will be given access to
any data held by Parador Travel Management Ltd in your Traveller's
Profile free of charge upon receipt of your request in writing addressed
to The Data Protection Officer, Fairways and Swinford, Sea Containers
House, 20 Upper Ground, London SE1 9PF. and accompanied by satisfactory
proof of identity.
Governing Law and
general provisions
The Site and these terms and
conditions will be governed by English Law. The English courts will
have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation
thereto.
If any part of these terms
and conditions is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect
the validity of the balance of these terms and conditions, which
shall remain valid and enforceable.
